The recent pandemic encouraged us to think of new ways we could serve our clients’ enquiries.
Our virtual survey uses a combination of email, video conference and our incredible window dressing app to guide clients towards the perfect window covering before meeting face-to-face.
Being able to conduct our appointments remotely means we can show customers how their choices will look prior to going ahead so they can move forward with confidence.
This is an exciting addition to our ‘in-home experience’ allowing new enquiries to be progress efficiently prior to a face-to-face meeting where the finer details of our client’s requirements will be discussed and the final measurements taken.
